Android Print Station - Basic Troubleshooting
NOTE: Some of these steps will require you to sign in to the Print Station again using your app token. Please make sure you have this before continuing.
- Settings (tablet settings, not app settings) > Apps > AI Print Station > Storage
- Tap on both "Clear data" and "Clear cache".
Restart the device(s):
Restart the tablet by holding the power button and the volume down button simultaneously. The device will power off and reboot. Let go of the buttons when you see the screen power on again.
Power off the printer + disconnect the power cable from the rear of the device, wait 30 seconds, and power on again.
Reinstall the app:
Delete the AI Print Station app by long pressing the app icon on the home screen and selecting "Remove".
Re-download the app from the Google Play store.
Check tablet connectivity:
Navigate to Settings (tablet settings, not app settings) > Connections > Wi-Fi and confirm that the tablet is connected to the "aiwifi" network.
Check internet connectivity is working by browsing to any web page (eg: google.com) from the tablet's built in web browser.
