Database Search
Allergen Intelligence allows you to search country specific databases to make ingredient creation easier and faster. To do this:
- Navigate to 'Sources' from the main menu.
- Search for whatever ingredient you want using the seacrch bar on the top right.
- You have 2 ways to add this ingredient into your personal ingredients list.
- Click the quick copy icon located in the 'actions' tab.
- Click into the ingredient to view more information, then click the green 'Copy to my ingredients' butto
- Once the ingredient has been copied, navigate to your own ingredients and mark the ingredient as 'Enabled' on the Info tab so you can use this ingredient in your recipes.
NOTE: When importing from the database Allergen Intelligence will never add allergen information automatically. It is your responsibility to add and maintain accurate allergens in both your ingredients and products.
